Meet Joanna, Skincera Beauty creator and owner
My path reflects the classic American dream—a story of ambition, tenacity, and unflinching dedication. My name is Joanna Stopinska; my narrative starts in Poland. I had a strong dream as a teen to be an esthetician, but life had other ideas. While I studied in a different field, my love of skincare never wavered.
When I landed in the United States, the stars lined up. I signed up at New York's esteemed "Christine Valmy International School Esthetic and Cosmetology" where I obtained my Professional License. The busy streets of the city stoked my business energy; within a year, I was employed in a New Jersey salon. There, I developed my trade and acquired priceless knowledge about several skin disorders and cosmetic companies as a Professional Licensed Esthetician.
Still, my journey did not stop there. Driven by an unquestionable vision, I took a leap of faith and opened Skincera—a haven of wellness and beauty—in Westfield, New Jersey. Innovation drives my company from a mosaic of talent points of view. I am always learning new things to make sure my clients get only the best. My biggest rewards are their glowing skin and fresh confidence.
Surrounded by the results of my effort, I have come to see that my work serves a purpose while also being my career. Skincera is more than just a company; it's evidence of the American dream—where diligence, passion, and a little magic come together to produce something truly remarkable. And every day when I assist my customers in looking and feeling their best, I am reminded that this dream is alive and active inside of me.
